blog by email and wp-mail.php

    I am figuring out the blog by email feature, using the instructions at http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_by_Email.

    One thing is confusing me: If I want to be able to post to my blog using email, do I need to create a wp-mail.php file in my theme? If so, what should that file say?
