    1) what is the address of your website?
    2) blocked in what sense?

are YOU blocked from your own site? is your site completely new or do you have content?
is your blog blocked as in it is blocked in China, Russia, Italy and Cuba?

this is a problem in wordpress, not my theme or plugins. some setting in wordpress is blocking my websites...all 3 of them....if this will not fix itself before the end of the month or someone will help me do it, i will quit using wordpress for my blogs.

How do you know? I'm not being facitious, I wonder how you know.

If it IS WordPress, then you checked 'Discourage search engines from indexing this site' on settings -> reading.

WordPress can't block your site per se. There's simply nothing in core to do this beyond the setting that Ipstenu mentioned. It's a long shot but have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
