Blog address (URL) Mess Up

Thanks to Google AutoFill feature…

I accidentally save with wrong URL address, it now goes to /wp/index.php/wp-admin.php or similar like that and I am unable to get in dashboard anymore.

How do I resolve it? I looked all over in forum and seems can’t find one similar to this error.

http://grantlairdjr.com/wp/ (all fine except nothing in page or post)

http://grantlairdjr.com/wp/wp-admin/ (you will see no WP logo and cannot get in at all)
