Blocks bbPress posts that start with leading quote

Hi. Is there any way around this?

Lots of my members try to quote what somebody said and they get blocked by firewall.

Or maybe a more verbose error message so they understand what is wrong. Instead of them trying to post the same thing 10 times in a row, sometimes trying from different IP addresses and computers.
