Blocking IP or counties from seeing email address

We have our emails posted on our website incase people have comments and/or questions or want to advertise. We need the emails up there. We have been struck by some spammers. Every few months, we get emails from Eastern Europe.
Is there a way I can block the website to everyone outside of the US?
Is there a way I can block the IP addresses that I know are not from my users?
