Block Backgrounds

I could really use some help with this. I can not find when I shoul dbe changing the background colors of the left and right columns. I changed the widget background color because I thought that was the problem. It wasn’t. I want to change the grey backgrounds on both sides. Please see what I am talking about by following the link below. Any help is much appreciated.
