Blix – have pages not in navigation bar?/catergories links

I have Blix running, and it is seemingly set so that everytime I write a page, it has a button at the navigation bar with its title on. Is there any simple way I can change this, as having to change the php code would be quite annoying.
As in, can I make a page without it being in the “pages” section?
Also, is there a way I can have catergorized links with Blix (like in WordPress Classic) as opposed to having them in one big section?
