Doesn’t appear to have widgets in the footer. You could possibly add widgets – but that would take some knowledge of coding – see: http://codex.wordpress.org/Widgetizing_Themes
Or look for a theme here: http://wordpress.org/themes/
You can use the filter/search function to narrow down your results – it really depends on what you want. Some have more options than others – reading the descriptions and looking at reviews of them will give you some idea.

That version of the theme may not be identical to the one you have… Themes available on WordPress.COM have often been modified specifically for WP.COM.
Where did you download the theme from?
