  • Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the root wp-config.php file – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

I downloaded WordPress, deleted everything except wp-config.php and uploaded the fresh WordPress and still have the same issue.

What I enter for my login doesn’t seem to matter, I can enter nothing and am still sent to a blank wp-login.php screen.

Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

I think it is solved. If I try to login with Firefox I get a blank screen however when I use Chrome I have no issues.

With Firefox I cleared cookies and used private mode and had the same result.

    Thanks Esmi!

For now it’ll be Chrome to work with it.
