Here is the shadowbox test:

(click on logo in post and video pops)
I have it set to autoplay and you can hear the video but it only shows up when you click within the window. Any thoughts?
Thanks very much!
Kindly,
Michael
Playing a .mov is dependent on quicktime being installed, or another appropriate player to handle those files and there are numerous cases where it just doesn't work as expected. I have tested on several computers/browsers here and it works fine for me. I however have seen people say they have problems with .mov several times and I generally suggest converting the video to FLV and enabling FLV support in the plugin.
FLV seems to be a more "standard" video format as of recently, and generally if you can play a youtube video, which most everyone can, a .flv should work too.

Changing the file to an flv worked on my computer...just have to explain to client we need to convert his .movs to .flvs - no big deal as long as he embraces it.
Thanks, sivel!

Michael
