Blank Text Area

    I’ve just updated and I have a SERIOUS problem. My visual editor is no longer showing. The screen is blank and I am unable to even type in the area. When I click on the Text Editor I see the coding, but on the Visual Editor nothing is visible and I’m unable to type. How can this be fixed????? Or can I go back to the version prior to the update?

    Chances are that the text is white on a white background. If you click in the text area and press CTRL-A to select all text it should become visible.

    If that is the case, a Google search for wordpress white text in editor will show several different solutions, one of which may work for you.

    Maybe your visual editor is disabled? Check in the settings

    ^^ this is not the case as the visual tab would not show up if it were disabled. my mistake
