   I did a manual upgrade to 2.9.2.

   Now, the admin part works fine, I did the database upgrade, but the site just displays a blank (white) page (no html in the source code).

   I have disabled all plug-ins and I have switched to the default theme.

   Also adding ?> to the end of wp-config and some other tips found through Google.

   Nothing works. Any ideas?

   I don't know exactly what fixed it, but what I finally did was uploading all files once again, and also repairing and optimizing the database using phpMyAdmin. Now it works.
