Blank select option on checkout Shipping method

    Hi!,

    is there a way to add a blank or NULL option on the checkout shipping method? i’ve set it as “select box” style.

    everytime i checkout an item, the first option is selected. i want to have my customers to explicitly select their shipping method. in this way, they are obliged to select the appropriate method.
