   I've had this problem once before which forced me to completely reinstall with a clean database. I get everything working using the SOFA showcase theme, then at some point I reload the site and the screen goes blank. The themes page looks like the following: http://img141.yfrog.com/i/q5e.png and the dashboard features a following new link http://img141.yfrog.com/i/wkz.png/
   Has anyone else run into this problem or have any possible causes and non-destructive fixes?

   Hi,

   1) Either rename the Plugins directory from FTP or deactivate all Plugins from database.

   2) If option 1 fails then rename theme folder in wp-content/themes via FTP to cause WordPress Default theme to be place into service.
