Blank Screen

I’m new to wordpress and can’t seem to find out what’s wrong. When I go to my blog by typing in my URL in the address bar and hit enter, I get a blank screen. I have to hit the refresh button so my blog will show up.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Is this a cache issue? I also tried it on other computers and I get the same issue.
