Blank PNG Files – Not attached, unnamed

I’m noticing that there are a lot of blank PNG files appearing in my Media library and I’m not sure what is causing it. I am always having to delete many files just to clean it up. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to prevent this from happening? Screenshot here.
