I've never really had this problem before and have just noticed it...I really have no idea how long it has been going on but hopefully someone can help.
My blog is located at http://www.adorability.org - when you go to the url everything is fine, but if you try to go to http://www.adorability.org/index.php (which should bring up the same thing) it just shows a blank page. Same with the comments. If you comment on an entry, it takes you to a blank page which should be wordpress/wp-comments-post.php (the comment does post though). Anyone know what the deal is? Maybe a mess-up with installation? (I do the automatic upgrade)

You got what looks like a serious problem in your pages. Looking at one of your single posts (http://www.adorability.org/?p=695#comments), I can see a whole chunk of the page header code being replicated part-way down the body of the page!
Try deactivating the comment-luv plugin. I've seen some issues reported with that plugin and WP 2.8 recently.

This problem is worse than I thought...basically everything I do takes me to a blank page! I can't even make a new post or deactivate a plugin! I think I know what it might be...I recently added a line of could in my header.php file to make it widget enabled...it ended up not working but I can't even take it out since it takes me to a blank page when I try to save the edit...*headdesk*

Ok I had to reupload all the wordpress files which seems to have fixed the problem...thank goodness!
