Blank pages (not admin)

I am trying to create a “page” in wp I created it. Then I set a link to someone to view and they can view it

mays.tamu.edu/blog/ “Click on subscribe to maysblog” this should bring you to a page with subscription info. But I get a blank page. I know this is a page access issue but I dont think I have any plugins or anything and I cant find a setting that did it. I was logged in as admin when I made the post.

Ne ideas?
