Blank Pages after upgrade

    I updated wp 2.2.x to the latest version today.

    Now all pages of the site are blank. I cannot access the /wp-admin/upgrade.php to finish the installation.

    I did not touch the templates during upgrade.
    And the config file is okay, also.

    HELP!
