Blank Page when updating page/post

I am getting a blank page when I update a post or page. It redirects me to a /wp-admin/post.php. I still can update, but only after going back and refreshing the page.
I am also getting a blank page when I empty the page cache with my W3 Total Cache plugin. It redirects me here wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_dashboard&w3tc_flush_pgcache&_wpnonce=2126abc04d.

I also get redirected to wp-admin/plugins.php, another blank page, when I activate or deactivate my plugins.

I have troubleshooted by disabling all plugins, still had the problem. And I have also switched to the Responsive theme. When I switched themes, my this problem went AWAY! But, I’m not sure how to isolate and fix the problem from here.

I also observed that going to pages that should be updated, I was still getting an older cached version of that page. After refreshing the page, it then comes up with the correct information. Not sure what this means, I thought it was my Caching program messing things up, but the problem still persists when all my plugins are disabled.

Could use some help here.
