Blank page when searching for website

    Hi there,

    I manage a website for a volunteer group. The website is http://www.bcchauxiliary.ca. I’ve sporadically checked in on the site this summer. Last time I looked it up was almost a month ago. Now, every time I search for the website I get a blank page.

    The site was handed to me from another who created it a couple years ago. So I do not know all of its details (version, etc).

    Any recommendations for this problem?

    Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
