Hi, last night I installed a math plugin on my page, now today I cannot log on. I am new to word-press as in just discovering it. I don't know mysql, php, or ftp. I understand the positions they hold but don't know where to begin with them. I use word-press from my hosting provider, I login into the account, click a plugin button for wordpress and the login in screen for word-press shows up and I login into the dashboard using my same password.
My main question is how do I disable plugins in my situation?
Would I have install Mysql, php, and a ftp on my computer to do it?

I really don't know what to do, I promised people I would have a special post on the 25th, and know I can't even log in. Any Kind of help will do, the website is http://www.thestarapostle.ws and the new plugin I uploaded is on page 2. Thanks for any help.

YOu would need to install FTP (Filezilla is great) on your computer, OR your host may have a file manager available, many do these days... so check into that

You need to get in to your files, on the server (which is the computer your host runs for you), and navigate to

    wp-content folder
    --plugins folder

in the plugins folder you delete the plugin that cause the problem

If a file manager is not offered, you will need ftp

Your host may also have more specific instructions for using ftp that may help you
