It is very strange… Looks like there is a bug. Can you enable WP_DEBUG on your site and try to reproduce the issue? Please, let me know what you see.
When I enable wp_debug I see a notice about problem with trying to get property of non-object in Disqus plugin. When I turn off this plugin I don’t see notice, but I still have blank popup when I try to add new item.
ok, could you create editor account for me and give me FTP access to your site? I need to troubleshoot the plugin. I won’t change anything else. If you agree, then create an account (with editor role) for contact[at]madpixels[dot]net email and send ftp credentials to it.

Turning on debugging did not make me any wiser. If you give me the instructions I can fix it myself…
[UPDATE Oh I see in another thread plugin conflicts can cause this… any suggestions on how I can find out which plugin is causing the issue.. I really have a lot of plugins installed – all of which I need..)

Try to deactivate plugins one by one and see if after deactivation the issue disappears.

BTW it is bad habit to have huge amount of activated plugins 😉

– BadgeOS

Ok, I have determined that BadgeOS is causing the issue… Any ideas on how I could solve this?
