Logged into my wordpress http://www.babyandabirkin.com/wp-admin and updated four plugins (jetpack update failed) reloaded the page to post a new page and it returned with a blank page! Ugh... Tried logging in via wp-login.php but once it redirects to wp-admin I still get the blank page. I googled solutions but I am not very code savvy.... downloaded FileZilla but have no clue where to find my "errors" or files.... Any help would be greatly appreciated...
    Cheers
(ps I am running Bluchic's Isabelle theme)

Use ftp or the file manager your host provides and change the name of the plugins folder to plugins-old.

I'm not really sure how to go about doing that.... yikes. I'm using Name.com with Rapidpress.... any idea of how I could access changing the plugins?
Thanks for the quick reply... sorry for my lack of understanding

Your host must provide a control panel. That is where you should have a file manager. You change the name of the plugin folder so no plugins load or change the name of the four you updated to whatever-old so they don't load.

You can use ftp to do the same thing.
