   Hi.

   I've just downloaded WordPress 2.3.1 (in both zip and targz versions). I've created 'http://foo.com', and 'http://foo.com/phpinfo.php' works fine ("PHP Version 5.2.17").

   I unzipped (or untarred) the WordPress code, but when accessing 'http://foo.com' I get a blank page.

   However, it works ok if I unzip the code under 'http://foo.com/blog' directory (same code, same permissions). I've chmoded code to 755, 777, etc. but it does not work.

   Any similar experience? I've installed dozens of WordPress blogs, and this is the first time I've seen this.

   It's a bit odd.

   If I access 'http://foo.com/wp-admin/install.php', I'm told that WordPress is "Already Installed" O_O

   If I access 'http://foo.com/wp-login.php', there is a message captioned "back to anotherblog.com" (anotherblog.com is a blog already installed in the server, but in another directory).

   Any help is appreciate. Thank you very much.

   Is your wp-config.php file pointing at the right database?
