Hello,
There’s a new GitHub issue opened for this here:
https://github.com/websharks/quick-cache/issues/279
Please follow that issue for updates.
Hi Raam Dev & Quick Cache team,
Any updates on this issue?
It is a critical/blocker blank page issue to us and we do not see it fixed in the latest release v140829 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-cache/changelog/). Could you please let us know the target date to release this fix? We need it as soon as possible.
Regards,
Tanin Sammanee
Hi Tanin,
This has been fixed in the latest development copy (see #279) and the fix will go out with the next release.
If you can’t wait for the next public release (3-4 weeks) or the next beta release (2-3 weeks, see also the beta tester list), then I’d be happy to provide you with a copy of the latest dev version of the plugin that you can install on your site. Please open a open a trouble ticket and reference this WordPress.org Support Thread and I will send that over for you.
Thank you very much, Ramm Dev & team.
It would be great if we can have a copy of the latest dev version of the plugin. So we can test it out and leave it running a few days.
I have opened a troble ticket ID #3925 as you suggested. Please help send me the files.
Tanin,
I received and replied to your ticket. I’m going to close the support thread here and move further updates to the support ticket.
For anyone else experiencing this issue, the #279 bug fix will go out with the next public release.
Raam Dev,
Thank you very much. I have downloaded the dev version that contains the fix for #279. I will test it and will let you know the result.
Regards,
Tanin Sammanee
FYI, this has been fixed as of v141110:
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with detecting cacheable requests that was, in rare instances, resulting in blank white pages for some site owners. See #279.
