Blank page after wp maintenance mode plugin disable

Hi to everyone,

I disabled the plugin from the installed plugins page.
For a few minutes a saw the text “The site is under maintenance. Try again in a few minutes (I don’t remember the exact text)”.
Now I see only a blank page, even if a go to the wp-admin page.

I try to delate the .maintenance file in the root page,
and try to rename the wp-maintenace-mode folder but the problem remains.

There is a solution please???
