   Hello there,
   Please could anyone let me know what is responsible for seeing a blank page, on my wordpress admin logon page (/wp-admin/install.php) after uploading the wordpress software onto my domain name?

   Another thing i observed is that, the blank page, is common to both the manual and control panel installations i made.
