I have set up several of the fields on a submission form for Participants Database as Required, as well as adding in a field requiring a regex/match submission. When I test the form, it rejects and submits when expected but I'm still getting occassional blank notification emails, the fields are all there but no data. Most of the notifications are real and accurate so I'm at a loss to find a reason for the blanks - has anyone come across this before?

Karen_R,
Have you looked at the records that are saved when you get the email with the blank spaces to see if you can find out the reason for the problem? Like, what's different about those particular ones?
