   I'm using IX webhosting, which has added to the frustration, because none of the cpanel or phpmyadmin is laid out like it is in the tutorial files. I followed the steps, but I'm getting the blank install page. This is turning into the 5 HOUR install...

   I'm stuck on blank pages for months now! And still no solution....

   I'm not upgrading, so it isn't a problem with themes, I'm using a plaintext editor to modifiy the config file, and there doesn't seem to be any issues in the ftp log.
