   Above is a screenshot of what I see when I try to edit my theme's index.php within the WordPress Theme Editor. This confuses me because when I open the index.php via FTP, all of the coding is there...
   Example of what I see.

   Does anyone know what's wrong? Do you know how to fix this?
   This has happened to be before as well.
   Any help is greatly appreciated!
