Blank dashboard/admin screen – not all computers

Hello,

I am have just been notified by the client for the website I run here that when they log into their dashboard or try to go anywhere other than one page it is completely blank.

Absolutely everything is working fine in my end – which leaves me quite curious. They have tried from 2 different computers with the same output. I have tried a few troubleshooting methods – clearing cache, checking some plugins, deleting any possible blank lights from functions.php and wp-config.php, but no change. It’s obviously quite hard to trouble shoot when I cannot even test from my computer.

Any ideas as to where this issue is coming from would be much appreciated!

– The issue has been happening for the past week – the only major change we’ve done on the site is a new ‘private’ page and a few more contact form scripts from contact form 7 – which I’ve tried turning off and on to no avail.
