Hey all, I’ve tried looking through previous topics + developers support but haven’t found much on this.

I’m using the non-shortcode PHP template method, Cart works fine when you click Add to Cart on any product. Sends you to the Cart page fine, shows the product you’ve just added, however any additional step seems to clear the cart and hide basically everything on the page.

I cannot update Quantity, Remove, or visit any other page on the site without getting a Blank Cart when you visit the Cart page again.

I’ve seen it could be a PHP/session issue, but running localhost I wasn’t sure on best debugging on this. Log file also shows nothing. Using WP 3.8.3 and latest plugin.

    Any ideas? 🙁

Are you using any caching plugin?

Not I’m aware of. I had been using Wordfence but unsure if it has caching as part of it. I’m at work but will need to test with all plugins deactivated. My theme is a custom one built off H5BP so unlikely it will be that.

If nothing of the above any other suggestions? A live, non-localhost test is the only other thing I can think of.

Yeah, I would recommend you try it on a live server (non local host) and you shouldn’t see this issue. We can also check your site if need when it is a non local-host install.
