I update my plugins and wordpress as soon as an update becomes available. When I updated to 3.8.3 I saw nothing but blank pages for the admin section.

I have the most up to date versions of your plugin.

I went to my FTP and renamed every plugin to turn them off. Went back to my admin page and it worked. I then started turning on each plugin one by one by going back to their original name. It was when I hit this plugin that my admin section went blank again.

I tried uninstalling it and installing again but it just does the same thing.

I saw another post on the subject here —> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-pages-35?replies=2

It says resolved but not how.

    Hi sassafrascal,

That other person never responded to my request for more information so we never made any progress with them on it.

    Can you please tell me:
Was this an upgrade from 3.0.x to 3.2.x? Or a new installation?

What version of WP are you running?

Did you see a message about a manual upgrade being required? Go under Classifieds->Settings if you’re not sure. If you see such a message, you must click on the Upgrade button to finish the process.

Hi it was an upgrade not a new install.

I am currently running 3.9 – at the time I upgraded your plugin I had also upgraded wordpress to 3.8.3

Yes I did see the manual update required – but when clicked nothing happened.

    Hi sassafrascal,

We probably need to take a look at it directly to see what the problem could be. Most likely environmental, I’m guessing, since we’ve not had widespread reports of this.

Can you please send admin WP and FTP credentials to us here? http://awpcp.com/contact/ and we can dig into it?
