Blakesley Theme - IE Gallery Problem (7 posts)

Hey guys, i recently took over this site that had been built, and the theme Blakesley had been bought and used within it.

I've ran into a problem, which I think started when I updated WordPress from 2.2 to the latest version.

Basically these pages display posts in a certain way, as a "gallery". The image displayed is the "featured image" of the post, and the heading is the "title" of the post. When you click the image it uses the themes in built "lightbox" to launch a pop-up with a youtube video.

The featured image is loaded via timthumb.

All works fine in Firefox and Chrome, but after the first post image, it cannot load the rest on Internet Explorer. As you can see:

I can't figure out why IE freaks out so much.

Thanks in advance for any help.

It's not that. I've updated Timthumb to the latest version :) I did a malware scan off that site, and theres no problem.

IE in developer tools gives me this error:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'attr': object is null or undefined
    script.js, line 398 character 4

I would review what is loading these two scripts (and other unusual ones noted by scanning site at Securi):

    /wp-content/themes/blakesley/js/ie.js

    /wp-content/themes/blakesley/js/DD_belatedPNG.js

See this on jQuery 1.7.1 and IE:

    Hello,

I changed my jquery version to 1.6.1. This didn't fix the problem. No change.
I removed the reference to ie.js. It was empty anyway.

/wp-content/themes/blakesley/js/DD_belatedPNG.js is set to load for IE7 only. So this isn't causing it.
It allows PNGs to display properly with transparency.

I updated jquery-ui file to the latest and updated the prettyphoto js file from 3.0.0 to the latest and it's now expanded the problem to all browsers.

At least its consistently broken now! :)

Are you using a cache plugin?

For that matter, deactivate all plugins, test site, if OK, it's a plugin issue...activate one at a time, test site, until issue returns...make caching plugin last plugin activated if used.
