    I'm currently using the Black skyline theme i like the theme but i want the background colour as white- i have tried to change it- see web page http://goulburnclc.com.au/ but only half of it has changed- the top half of the background is still dark grey- any ideas or any other suggested themes that has a space for a top banner and a right hand side bar that has white background.
    Thanks

    I haven't fixed this problem yet- so far all i have done is go to the theme back ground and make it white- i have noticed its correct on safari and google chrome brosers but on internet explorer and on my windows phone its still half dark grey.

    I'm also hoping to bemove the black line down the right hand side and make the whole back ground white.

    You've got some major coding errors and problems on that page -- see the validation:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fgoulburnclc.com.au%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

    Clean those up and see where you are with the layout/colors.

    Try adding these two lines to the end of style.css:

    body.custom-background { background-image: none; }
    .center_wrapper { background-image: none; }
