   I have the video displayed, the image of the first, but as soon as I enable the playback video, I only have a black background. The extension is mp4 and I can read outside of WordPress.

   if you mean that you are not seeing the video but have the audio playing, then it is video decoding problem.

   Thank you for your response. In fact, I noticed that happening on the cell, so I tried another encoding and it worked. Thank you again and congratulations for your plug-in

   Unfortunately I use to transcode my Adapter mov mp4. I redid with HandBrake, and the problem was solved.

   Are there any guides as to what kind of "decoding" is necessary? That's rather vague. Have an MP4 with the exact same problem. Works everywhere else but in the JW player.
