black-letter head to three columns? (4 posts)

    Hello,

I've been trying to switch my blog to a three-column format, based on black-letterhead. I've been trying for a few days but failed miserably :( Can anyone help? I've seen some sample three-column modifications to letterhead and blackletterhead but they were all MAIN-SIDEBAR1-SIDEBAR2 format. I want to have a SIDEBAR1-MAIN-SIDEBAR2 format. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way I was doing it (with another theme) was to have the main div assigned a certain width, say 450px, with auto left and right margins. Then float sidebar1 to the left and sidebar2 to the right, and assign a certain width to them as well, say 100px. Then assign the containing div a width of something like 700px.

    Hello,

I have modified the black-letterhead theme for a three column layout, named it 3c-black-letterhead, and published it here:

Thanks and let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.

    Hello,

I updated 3c-black-letterhead with widgets support. Just wanted to let everyone know. The download link is the same:
