    I realize this has been covered quite a bit. I reviewed the Q and A on your personal website.

    I cannot get rid of the black bars, no matter what I do. I even cropped my video to 4:3 aspect ratio. Still have the bars. My original video is in letter box.

    Is this as simple as editing your player sizes file and bringing down the height a bit?

    Morning Hiken;
    Are you talking about black bars when playing, or on the still (before playing) or both? Do you have those bars on YouTube as well? And when you’re embedding the traditional way?

    Could you share your blog’s URL of the one of your YouTube video (or mail it to me, futtta-at-gmail-dot-com) so I can see there?

    The black bars should vanish if you choose a 16:9 player format instead of a 4:3 one in wp youtube lyte’s admin screen.
