   Hello, I'm a newbie to WordPress being on my computer and previously a PC user moving to Mac but unsure if I've done things in the right order.

   Here's what I'm trying to do - Run multiple sites and test locally using my mac.

   Here's what I've done already:

   Installed the BitNami complete package for WordPress successfully on my Mac and running a site locally.

   Then, installed MAMPP on my machine.

   Have I done this the wrong way round?

   I can't figure out how to create a new site using MAMPP and can i transfer my existing site into MAMPP?

   Any help is much appreciated.

   Woops, I would like to add that I was referring to MAMP - not Wamp or MAMPP!

   If anybody is interested I found a great Youtube movie which explained everything very clearly.

   I now managed to create 2 more additional sites for testing on my mac within about 4 minutes!
