    I'm letting people now about my own alternative to cake - it's called Biscuit, it's an MVC framework for PHP based very closely on Rails.

    It could be used to develop some ubercool plugins for WP.

    It's really nothing to do with WP at all (I think that even Benn will agree that he was stretching it with his reply) but it sounds interesting nonetheless.

    I'll take a look at it when I have some free time...

    Why would you bother with a clone? It won't be as good as the real thing anyway. Just learn Rails and be happy ;)
