Just found out that if you plan to paste a few lines of text into your Playlist Description box make sure the text is in full lines and again no special characters.
In other words don't paste this:

Keep your text in straight lines
do not create another text line
until your lines are full.
Paste this:
-
Keep your text in straight lines do not create another text line until your lines are full.
Hope this helps save you some time etc
