   I use WordPress as CMC, and i need my page to work like this:

   http://www.example.com/category/
   I want to have only one single page, a kind of category-description without any listings of posts.

   http://www.example.com/category/post/
   normal post.

   http://www.example.com/category/subcategory/
   normal listings of posts of subcategory.

   http://www.example.com/category/subcategory/post/
   normal post.

   people say it is not possible, but hey i do not want to believe

   any ideas?

   just for understanding what we are talking about:

   i am creating a page for acompany. so i use wordpress as cms.

   i want to have a point "about us" in my menu. by rolling over, a submenu appears with to points like "persons" and "blabla".
   "about us" is now a category, so the company can add as many persons in subcetegory "persons" as necessary. same with "blabla".

   but i need an introducing text by clicking on "about us" instead of listing all the posts (persons).

   that means:
   http://www.company.com/about-us/
   -->introducing text, description of company for example

   http://www.company.com/about-us/persons
   -->listing of persons

   this is very important to me!
