I found out the hard way if you fall prey to getting hacked , which on my site was approving comments of certain malovent hackers unknowingly. After figuring out how to clean up my site I noticed that in the "A;; in One SEO "plugin , that there was a peice of erroneous code that was in the header rewrite portion of the options for the plugin which had the effect of disabling the links to my other websites, once I removed the code and the plugin the links came back up and this happened on 3 different websites of mine. So word to the wise ,
