Better Wp Security problem with .htaccess and iis

    Hi.
    My recent windows hosting do not allow .htaccess file on the server. I have to rename or delete the file in order to prevent error on my server.
    But when ever I go to better wp security plugin settings , it automatically creates a .htaccess file on the website root.
    What should I do and how should I use it on my server ?
