Better WP Security file changes in 100's

    I am building a WP site that is not live yet. The log shows all of my Builder (from iThemes) files have been modified and I know I did not do this. My site appears the same and I don’t see any problems. If I was hacked, would this show up on my site or could it be something hidden? I have 7 pages of modified files – most of which are Builder Theme. Or, would it be something was modified and is hidden for a future problem or attack?
