   Hi,

   Would anyone like to provide suggestions on the best plugin to use to make a multilingual website for WordPress. The website must allow the following.

   • Input in two languages.
   • The ability to restrict certain users to only enter in one language or the other.
   • The ability to change not only post and page language, but also the navigation, and other general text.
