Best way to do this in wordpress? (shop like site but without shop functionality

Hi there,

I was looking to do a site using WordPress as it would be a lot easier than updating content manually.

Basically what i will have is outlined in a mock up below, it’s almost like a shop but will simply be used to display rather than have any shop functionality; for now anyway.

Is there an easier, neater, more organised way of doing this instead of simply creating page after page for each category and sub category and also product, as the number of pages in the list will end up being huge.

Just wanted to see if there was perhaps a simple way of adding all these? I’d be interested to hear your thoughts.
