   Essentially I'm trying to create a site that operates using three fames. Firstly I want to divide the site horizontally, and then I wish to divide the right column into two rows.

   We'll call these frames 1, 2 and 3.

   Frame 1 is a static webpage.

   Frame 2 would ideally be a blog, but I could live with a static page.

   Frame 3 is my blog.

   I'm somewhat of a wordpress newb; what is the best way to approach this problem?

   I did a quick MS paint of my basic plan. My blog, in its current state, is available here.

   just make 2 divs with a static contetnt, and use all the template tags and dynamic content only in the DIV you want (div3) plus in the MENU
