    Hey Community Folks
Can anyone point me to the best place or plugin to create a featured woocommerce products or latest products slider on my homepage.

Does not need add to cart button for now - just a nice clean slider that carousels through the featured products (horizontally) that can be embedded on my homepage

    Thanks for your time

There are already plugins out there that does this which you can search for.

In addition, you don't really need a slider that specifically works with products. You can actually use any normal sliders and just load an image of your product and it will already have link inputs for you so you can link it to your products when clicked.

I've purchased a couple from codecanyon and to be honest they are pants.

With regards the slider, I'm wanting it to update as and when the client adds new products that they mark as featured in the woocommerce backend - does this make sense?

Yes there are custom post type sliders out there. This means you can set the sliders to pull from a post type or from a particular category from your products and it will pull in the featured image of the product, title and link...

But if you really need for it to be specific for products and specifically for WooCommerce, that exist as well. As far as how well they work, I can't tell you. But if you're already on codecanyon, you should see a couple of them. If those are not to your liking then I am afraid it has to be custom built.

Actually looking at your site, it's probably more like on your mojo theme where you have the featured product image area with quickview etc, with say 3 products across.

Does that make sense - then the client can designate which are the featured images for the day?

Well again, if the solutions out in the market are not working for you, then the best bet is to have one custom built for you.
